Why userDefined values not passing to front end redirect url.?

Since front end redirection from 2c2p is post, i am writing a backend endpoint to listen front end redirection and redirect to front end.

To do this, I am passing front end redirection url as userDefined1, which getting from client(browser)  while creating payment url. I am getting value in backend redirection, but not in front end direction.
